This is the only method available to protect your rental property. All Rentals are based on confirmed rates, availability and are NOT guaranteed.
When we receive the rental authorization for the next rental season a lease will be sent to you to confirm your rental reservation. A deposit of 50% of the rental amount will be due with the signed lease at that time.*
Remember, if you check out without returning the "Protect Your Rental" form you will have forfeited your re-rental priority.
Avoid delays: Please stop by the office before the day of your check out to secure your tentative reservation. You may also provide your information below and it will be emailed to our office.
ALL CONFIRMED LEASES ARE SUBJECT TO A NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE OF $50.00.
*NOTE: Cancellations of confirmed rentals are subject to a re-rental fee.
